• Perform safety-focused inspections and follow operational procedures.
• Play a key role in keeping trains on schedule and freight moving to customers across North America.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking dependable, hardworking team players who enjoy staying active and working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience loading and unloading trailers, containers, or freight.
• General labor, warehouse, logistics, transportation, or industrial experience.
• Ability to work safely around heavy equipment and moving vehicles.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
Work Environment:
This is an outdoor, hands-on position where you'll be working in all seasons and weather conditions.
You should be comfortable:
• Working outdoors year-round in rain, snow, heat, and cold.
• Being on your feet and remaining physically active throughout your shift.
• Operating hostler equipment designed for rail yard operations.
• Working as part of a close-knit team in a fast-moving environment.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Harrisburg, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.93 - $21.88/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
