Yard Coordinator
Rhinehart Equipment CompanyBobcat of Gadsden is looking for a dependable, organized Yard Coordinator to manage the movement and organization of equipment at our dealership. This position helps ensure equipment and parts deliveries are received, tracked and ready for customers, while keeping our sales and service yards clean and presentable. Responsibilities Load and unload equipment and parts shipments from trucks. Check in new machines and equipment arriving for service. Organize and maintain the sales and service yards. Maintain and verify equipment inventory in the yard, including machine locations. Keep the yard clean, presentable and organized at all times. Load equipment for customers and assist with pickups and drop-offs. Inspect incoming equipment for visible damage and report any concerns to management. Work with the sales, service and parts departments to make sure equipment is in the correct location and ready when needed. Follow company safety procedures when operating equipment, loading trucks and assisting customers. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience operating construction equipment, forklifts or similar machinery is preferred. Ability to safely operate equipment or willingness to learn. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly and work well with customers and coworkers. Dependable attendance and a positive attitude. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to perform physical work, including walking, bending and lifting as required. Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
