Yard Coordinator

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Yard Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our yard organized, safe, and efficient. From securing loads to maintaining equipment and assisting with freight movement, you’ll help ensure our operations run smoothly every day. What You’ll Do Assist with freight securement , including tarping, chaining, and strapping. Support with trailer setup and movement of freight (forklift operation required). Keep the yard organized, clean, and safe for daily operations. Perform equipment and trailer checks , inventory, and maintenance. Collaborate with local drivers to support load preparation. Take photos of freight and shipments as needed for documentation. Pitch in on other duties as assigned — teamwork makes the difference! What We’re Looking For Must be 18 years or older . Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required). Safety-focused and dependable with strong attention to detail. A team player who can follow directions and work efficiently. Basic math, reading, and measuring skills. Physical Requirements Ability to walk, stand, bend, twist, pull, and reach frequently throughout the day. Lift up to 75 lbs unassisted as needed. Comfortable climbing trailers, loads, and ladders for securement and tarping. Work in outdoor weather conditions , including heat, cold, and rain.
