Pay Range Hourly rate: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience Schedule Monday - Friday. Typical schedule 6:30 am - 5:00 pm. Must be available to work flexible hours and weekends as required. Responsibilities and Duties The Yard Coordinator is responsible for keeping Belkorp Ag dealership clean, organized, and a safe environment. This position will be responsible for checking in all deliveries into our computer system and putting deliveries away into inventory. The Yard Coordinator assists all departments where needed while maintaining a professional demeanor. Identify, check-in, and add stock number to any new equipment Maintain yard, service area, and front area in a professional and clean environment. Clean Sales, Service, and Delivery trucks on set schedule Operate a rough terrain forklift when loading and unloading customer and delivery trucks Detail all new sold equipment before delivery Conduct monthly environmental and safety inspections Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments. Never operate any equipment you are not properly trained on and have not inspected prior to using: for example but not limited to vehicles, tractors, forklifts, mowers, drill press, grinder, hydraulic press, welders, and other general equipment. Other duties as assigned. Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge: 1+ Years’ experience in an agriculture-related role preferred Physically demanding Ability to read, write and speak effectively and respectfully Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds repeatedly Possess a valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record Essential Job Functions: Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 pounds Repetitive hand use up to 8 hours a day Walking or standing up to 6 hours a day Sitting up to 3 hours a day Squatting up to 3 hours a day Driving up to 3 hours a day
