Yard associate

Duties Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately using manual methods to meet shipping deadlines Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and inventory management practices Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards during all warehouse activities Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying shipments against documentation Load and unload materials with manual handling techniques while adhering to proper lifting procedures Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, or related warehouse operations Hands-on experience operating forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, cranes, or other heavy equipment Strong understanding of inventory management systems and materials handling procedures Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of safety protocols including OSHA regulations and manual handling best practices Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments Previous warehouse supervisor experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in logistics!
