Heavy-Duty / Rollback Tow Truck Driver Midnight Special LLC Location: North Carolina Job Type: Full-time Pay: Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications About Midnight Special LLC Midnight Special LLC is a growing towing and recovery company looking for dependable, safety-minded drivers to join our team. We handle everything from everyday towing and roadside assistance to heavy-duty towing, recovery, accident scenes, and specialized recovery operations. We Are Looking For We are currently looking for experienced: - Heavy-Duty Wrecker Drivers - Rollback Drivers - Tow Truck Operators - Heavy Recovery Operators - Experienced Tow Truck Drivers Job Responsibilities - Safely operate rollback, wrecker, and/or heavy-duty recovery equipment - Perform vehicle tows, roadside assistance, accident recovery, and recovery operations - Properly secure vehicles and equipment - Operate winches, booms, wheel lifts, and other recovery equipment - Work safely around traffic, accident scenes, and other hazardous environments - Complete required paperwork and digital job documentation - Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service - Perform daily truck inspections and report maintenance issues - Keep assigned equipment clean and ready for service - Respond to calls professionally and efficiently - Follow all company safety procedures Qualifications - Valid driver's license - Clean driving record preferred - Previous towing or recovery experience preferred - CDL preferred for heavy-duty positions - Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed - Must be dependable and willing to work in all weather conditions - Must be able to safely perform physical duties associated with towing and recovery - Must pass applicable company requirements, including background/driving-record checks What We Look For We're looking for drivers who are: - Dependable - Safety-focused - Professional - Mechanically minded - Hard-working - Able to work independently - Willing to learn and improve - Respectful of customers and coworkers Experienced heavy recovery operators are encouraged to apply.
