WPGA is looking for recent grads to join our Facilities team as a Inventory Analyst to support our Facilities team with an important campus-wide project this summer.


Great schools have great people—and behind the scenes, our Facilities team plays a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for our school community.


This is role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and enjoys organizing and analyzing information in a practical real-world setting.


As an Inventory Analyst, you will help document and organize information about facilities equipment across campus. Your work will support better planning, maintenance, and long-term decision-making.


What You'll Do

  • Locate and identify equipment across campus (e.g., mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
  • Record equipment details accurately (make, model, serial number, condition) using inventory software
  • Organize and summarize data to reflect real-world conditions clearly
  • Work both independently and collaboratively to complete assigned areas

You are someone who:

  • Enjoys working with data, details, and systems
  • Takes pride in accuracy and organized work
  • Is self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Is comfortable learning new tools and software
  • Communicates clearly and works well with others


Additional Details

  • Familiarity with tools like Excel or similar programs is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are important
  • A criminal record check will be required (coordinated by WPGA)
