Workwear Fulfillment Specialist

Join a leading workwear company in Northeast Nebraska! Starting at $18/hr , with pay adjusted for relevant experience and skills. Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM. Most weeks are 3-day weekends. Occasional Friday work may be needed based on business needs, plus some Saturdays during holiday weeks. No Experience? No Problem! You don’t need stockroom experience. We offer paid, hands-on training and a proven, organized system for filling uniform orders, so you’ll know exactly what to do from day one. What You’ll Do Pick, sort, and stage garments for customer orders Process new-account and add-on orders accurately Apply and remove name and company logo emblems, and help with garment alterations and repairs (we’ll train you) Help track inventory levels and reorder stock Work with Route Service Representatives and Customer Service to resolve shortages and order issues quickly Assist customers with uniform fittings, exchanges, and questions Enter orders and inventory updates in company computer systems Keep stockroom clean, organized, safe, and pitch in wherever needed What We’re Looking For Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Basic computer skills Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers and coworkers and accurately read and enter information in company systems Friendly and customer-focused, whether working alone or as part of a team Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to [50] lbs Customer service or sewing experience is a plus, but not required Why You’ll Love It Here 4-day workweek with most weekends 3 days long Full benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and PTO Paid training and ongoing development Stable, growing company with long-term career paths Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Application Question(s): Computer skills or willingness to learn?
