Position: Workplace Operations Manager

Role Overview: The Workplace Operations Manager is a critical member of the Campus Relations (CR) team. Under the supervision of the Director of Campus Relations and the Senior Director of Design and Construction, this role centers around creating a productive and supportive workspace for employees across a variety of workplace requirements, hours, shifts, working conditions, and needs. Their duties will include providing support to onsite, hybrid, and remote workers utilizing a range of environments from traditional office spaces to production support areas and coordinating with the People Team and IT to form an efficient and supportive onboarding process for new employees.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to frequently move throughout the workplace to support daily operations and employee needs
Ability to bend, reach, and use stairs or step stools as needed
Comfortable performing light setup of meeting materials and ensuring spaces are ready for use
Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers and phones, for extended periods
Visual ability to identify workplace, safety, or maintenance concerns
Ability to respond promptly to on-site needs, which may require moving between different areas of the workplace
