About The Opportunity This pivotal role serves as the business lead and primary point of contact for a comprehensive WMS deployment. You will be the driving force behind a major digital transformation initiative, managing all facets of the project lifecycle from scope definition to post-implementation optimization. Your leadership will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, coordinating diverse teams and ensuring successful integration of cutting-edge supply chain technologies. Key Responsibilities Serve as the Supply Chain business lead and primary point of contact for end-to-end WMS deployment. Manage scope, schedule, budget, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies across the project lifecycle. Lead requirements and functional-design sessions, coordinating Workday, systems integrators, implementation partners, and operational teams. Oversee integrations, data validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation optimization. Chair governance forums, prepare executive updates for executive steering committees and operational teams, and establish program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on WMS implementation experience, including Workday WMS/Inventory or enterprise WMS integrated with Workday. 3+ years leading enterprise ERP/SCM programs in a complex environment. Deep functional and technical knowledge of Workday SCM, Inventory Management, Procurement, WMS, Workday Studio/APIs, and middleware such as MuleSoft. Proven warehouse operations expertise, including receiving, put-away, picking, replenishment, cycle counting, lot/serial tracking, expiration management, ASN, directed work, and labor management. Hands-on experience with advanced distribution, multi-entity rollouts, UAT, cutover execution, data migration, and end-user training. Strong stakeholder communication, change leadership, and executive reporting capabilities. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or MS in Information Systems). Workday Supply Chain/WMS certification or Workday-certified WMS partner experience. Professional certifications such as PMP/PgMP, Agile/SAFe, or APICS CSCP/CPIM. Domain experience in healthcare supply chain, Epic integration, GS1/GTIN/HIBCC standards, RFID technology, or Databricks.
