Workday Procurement Analyst

We are seeking a Workday Procurement Analyst to support the implementation, optimization, and adoption of Workday Strategic Sourcing and related procurement processes. This role will partner with procurement, business, and project stakeholders to support project execution, process improvement, data readiness, testing activities, training, and user adoption efforts. The ideal candidate combines Workday procurement experience with strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills and has experience supporting enterprise system implementations. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of Workday Strategic Sourcing and procurement solutions. Coordinate project activities, including meeting planning, action item tracking, status updates, and deliverable management. Document current-state and future-state procurement and sourcing processes. Assist with supplier, contract, and sourcing data preparation, cleansing, validation, and migration activities. Support system testing efforts, including test planning, defect tracking, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution. Develop training materials, user guides, job aids, and change management communications. Monitor adoption metrics and support organizational readiness for system deployments and enhancements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions. Assist with reporting, analytics, and operational support activities related to procurement functions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 4+ years of experience supporting or leading Workday Strategic Sourcing, Workday Procurement, ERP, procurement, or finance-related projects. Experience participating in ERP implementation projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment. Proficiency with Workday, Jira, Smartsheet, and Microsoft 365 applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience with procurement operations, strategic sourcing, and supplier management processes. Knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) within a Workday environment. Experience supporting enterprise software implementations and business process improvements. Experience working within regulated or compliance-driven environments.
