Workday Consulting Senior Manager - SCM

For our client, we are seeking a Workday Consulting Senior Manager - SCM to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will guide complex Workday supply chain and sourcing implementations from pursuit through delivery, with a strong focus on project execution, client advisory, and solution alignment. The position will partner closely with clients and internal teams to analyze requirements, shape recommendations, and drive successful outcomes across multiple workstreams. In addition, this leader will help strengthen the consulting practice by mentoring junior team members and contributing to broader organizational growth. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $165,000 – $190,000 annually Responsibilities Engage with clients throughout all project phases from pursuit to delivery Lead project management efforts and ensure timely execution of deliverables Conduct intensive data analysis to provide actionable recommendations Oversee practice development initiatives and contribute to organizational growth Mentor coachees and junior team members to build team strength Manage general project and administrative tasks effectively Collaborate with internal teams to communicate project results and address risks Qualifications 8+ years of experience in requirements analysis, solution design, and functional specifications Experience leading Workday Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Strategic Sourcing implementations is essential Operational expertise in contracting processes including authoring, negotiation, and compliance Preferred experience in Workday Procurement, Supplier Accounts, and Inventory Certification in Workday Financials/Supply Chain or relevant hands-on experience is required Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering 5+ years of experience managing project workstreams and client engagements independently Proven mentoring skills to develop junior consultants and enhance team capabilities Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Participation in wellness programs Eligibility for annual incentive compensation based on performance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
