Is this you? Do you enjoy hands-on work—receiving, unloading, and processing incoming wood materials? Can you pick, pack, and prepare orders with accuracy and care? Are you motivated to keep a warehouse clean, organized, and safe? Will you help with inventory counts and reconciliations to keep stock precise? Comfortable assisting with loading and unloading delivery trucks? Do you spot quality issues quickly and report defects right away? Are you committed to safety procedures and wearing PPE every shift? Willing to pitch in on general maintenance and housekeeping? Do you use proper lifting techniques and follow safety guidelines with heavy items? Can you communicate clearly with supervisors and teammates on inventory, order status, and operational updates? What it takes to succeed Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred (not required). Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds consistently. Understanding of wood products or lumber terms is a plus. Strong attention to detail; dependable and accurate order fulfillment. Team-first communication and collaboration. Reliable, punctual, and driven work ethic. Basic math skills to support inventory and order processing. Adaptable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and OSHA regulations. Physical endurance for standing, walking, and repetitive tasks over long periods. Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.
