Timeless Vintage Timeless Vintage is a growing vintage and secondhand clothing store specializing in curated vintage fashion, sought-after designer pieces, and trending styles. We're looking for an experienced, fashion-driven individual to take ownership of our women's department and help bring it to the next level. This isn't just another retail position. We're looking for someone who wants to take the lead, bring fresh ideas, build customer relationships, and help grow our women's fashion business. What We're Looking For: We're searching for someone who is genuinely passionate about women's vintage fashion, trending designer brands, and creating an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate understands current fashion trends, has a strong eye for buying and merchandising, and knows how to create an inviting retail environment that keeps customers coming back. We want someone who can confidently take ownership of our women's department and treat its growth and success as a priority. Key Responsibilities Vintage Buying: Source, evaluate, and purchase desirable women's vintage clothing, trending designer pieces, and sought-after fashion items. Merchandising & Styling: Create visually appealing displays, organize clothing racks, style mannequins, and maintain an attractive, well-curated women's section. Department Leadership: Take initiative in managing and growing the women's department through creative ideas, organization, and strong attention to detail. Customer Experience: Build genuine relationships with shoppers, provide excellent customer service, and create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits. Trend Awareness: Stay informed about emerging fashion trends, popular vintage styles, designer brands, and customer buying preferences. Sales & POS Operations: Confidently operate a point-of-sale system, process transactions, and assist with daily retail operations. Department Growth: Work alongside management and ownership to introduce new ideas, attract new customers, and increase sales within the women's department. Store Operations: Maintain cleanliness, organization, inventory presentation, and assist with general store responsibilities when needed. Required Qualifications 3+ years of retail experience Strong knowledge of women's vintage clothing, trending designer brands, and current fashion styles. Experience using a retail point-of-sale (POS) system. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Dependable, punctual, organized, and self-motivated. Must have weekend availability. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage daily responsibilities. Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for fashion. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of visual merchandising experience. Previous experience buying or sourcing vintage and designer clothing. Knowledge of resale pricing, brand identification, and fashion market trends. Ability to develop creative merchandising concepts that improve the overall shopping experience.
