Full-Time Retail Buyer / Keyholder in Training Clothes Mentor – Park North Address: 630 NW Loop 410, Suite 105, San Antonio, TX 78216 Located near North Star Mall Pay: Starting at $12/hour during training; $14+ after completing keyholder training Hours: Full-Time | 35+ Hours Weekly Growth: Retail Buyer → Keyholder About Us Clothes Mentor is a women's resale store specializing in gently used name-brand and designer clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories. We're Hiring! We're seeking hardworking, dependable, and motivated individuals who enjoy staying busy and want opportunities to grow into leadership! This is a FAST-PACED, PHYSICALLY ACTIVE position! Our team is constantly moving, multitasking, lifting and carrying bins of clothing, processing inventory, and assisting customers. We expect team members to take initiative and remain productive throughout their shifts. What to Expect First 2 Weeks: Cashier and Retail Buyer training. Next Step: Opportunity to begin Keyholder training after successfully completing initial training. Out of Keyholder Training: Hourly rate $14+ Daily Tasks: Buying, cashiering, merchandising, organizing, and processing inventory. Physical Activity: Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying bins, and moving merchandise throughout the day. What We're Looking For Full-time availability (35+ hours weekly), including evenings and weekends. Ability to multitask and maintain productivity in a busy environment. Strong work ethic, initiative, and attention to detail. Positive attitude and excellent customer service. Interest in fashion and resale. Previous Keyholder, retail buying, or management experience is a BIG plus! Requirements: Must be 16+ Able to lift up to 40 lbs, bend, reach, kneel and stand for 8-hour shifts Dependable with flexible scheduling (including nights, weekends, holidays) Customer-service focused & confident with cash handling Computer savvy and willing to learn social media basics Willing to roll up your sleeves and jump in where needed Ready to Grow With Us?
