Job description Job Title: Women's Clothing Boutique Inventory Associate Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Inventory Associate to join our team. As an Inventory Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks related to Inventory, receiving inventory, barcoding, inventory counts, sorting, labeling, and general housekeeping. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong work ethic. This position offers hours from: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. As an Inventory Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, which include but are not limited to: Barcoding: Ensuring new and existing inventory is properly barcoded and accounted for in style and quantity (Main responsibility in the day). Inventory counts & Quality Control. There will also be a need to float to other departments as needs arise. Shipping: Ensuring accurate and timely shipment of orders. Pulling and packing orders: Retrieving items from the inventory and securely packing them for shipment. Printing labels: Generating and attaching labels to packages. Organizing new styles and labeling products. General housekeeping: Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse area. Additional Responsibilities will be assigned once you are familiar with where everything is; some of which include: Unpacking Returns and Putting them back daily Assisting with counting inventory Running Warehouse Errands Helping with special events Other Duties as growth occurs Job Requirements: Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods. Comfortable lifting boxes of varying weights (up to 50 lbs). Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in Receiving Inventory, order fulfillment and labeling. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Reliable and punctual Compensation: Starting wage: $17/hr Potential wage increase to $18/hr based on performance and experience. Working Hours: Working hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. Must be available for Black Friday, Cyber Monday, week prior to Christmas.
