About the Role We are seeking a motivated, self-starter who is extremely organized and detail-oriented to join our Operations team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our curated fashion selections are packed and processed with accuracy and efficiency. The Operations Associate will play a hands-on role in order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics while contributing to the overall success of our team. Note: Please apply on our job site to be considered for this position: https://zurl.to/W278?source=CareerSite Key Responsibilities: Order Fulfillment: Scan, pack, and ship client orders, ensuring accuracy and a premium unboxing experience. Shipped-Back Boxes Processing: Unpack and scan shipped-back boxes, process unpurchased items, charge customers accurately for kept items, and restock inventory in the proper location. Quality Control: Pay close attention to detail to ensure all products meet our standards before reaching clients. Process Improvement: Proactively recommend and implement improvements to enhance workflow. Opening & Closing Tasks: Complete daily opening and closing checklists, including stocking supplies, maintaining a tidy work environment, and preparing for the next day’s operations. Special Projects: Take on various operations-related tasks as needed Required Qualifications and Skills: We’re looking for someone who embodies our core values of Optimism, Ownership, and Teamwork in their day-to-day work. The ideal candidate: Is highly organized with exceptional attention to detail , ensuring accuracy in every task. Is comfortable with the role’s physical demands—standing most of the shift, lifting up to 25 lbs, and staying active. Has prior experience in operations, logistics, or inventory management (a plus, but not required). Work Environment: Schedule: Full-time Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break (40 hours per week). Location: Must be based in Dallas, TX (this is an on-site position).
