Position Overview SiteOne has seen tremendous growth over the last few years, and we are expanding our distribution center network to ensure best in class service levels to our branch locations. We are looking to hire an onsite Warehouse Management System Specialist that will play an integral role in the launch and ongoing support of this new system and will be based at the distribution center located in Palmetto, GA. This position will work with cross functional teams to implement an industry leading cloud-based Warehouse Management System called Manhattan Active. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with WMS implementation, Manhattan Associates software solutions, and a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service for a wholesale or retail organization while fostering a safe and productive work environment. Experience with new site start-up, process building, and documentation is preferred. What You'll Do Be the on-site subject matter expert (Super User) for WMS and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to warehouse staff Train end-users and other WMS Super Users on WMS functionalities and best practices Interpret WMS data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights Utilize WMS to effectively support the Distribution Operation, including system implementation, system maintenance, system optimization, future system development, data analysis and reporting Translate business objectives into tactical systems requirements and vice versa, effectively tailoring communication based on audience Partner with systems and operations leadership to develop SOPs and training material on key WMS processes. Collaborate with Operations leadership, Inventory Control, WMS application support team, and internal IT resources to resolve system related issues Test WMS functionality related to process changes and system upgrades Make recommendations for the enhancement of the WMS to maintain the integrity of business expectations and improve operational performance standards Support external system integration with WMS Support other internal and external business units as required for WMS-related activity Manage logistics projects as required internally with the Supply Chain leadership team Provide basic to intermediate level Transportation Management System (TMS) support to the on-site transportation team Travel Up to 75% out-of-state travel during the first 90 days for onboarding; up to 10% travel thereafter Skills We Are Seeking Experience managing WMS related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives WMS administration management experience Strong organizational skills to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication Experience with Manhattan WMS experie…
