Experience with any WMS, including custom-built or home-grown systems , is relevant. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations & WMS Implementation Manager to lead warehouse operations, process optimization, and WMS transformation initiatives across distribution and fulfillment environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, process improvement, WMS implementations, and systems integration . Experience with a specific WMS product is not required . Experience with custom or home-grown WMS platforms is equally relevant. Key Responsibilities Lead and optimize warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and returns. Drive improvements in productivity, inventory accuracy, throughput, service levels, and operating costs . Analyze and redesign warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times. Lead WMS implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives . Gather business requirements and translate operational needs into system solutions. Support integrations between WMS, ERP, TMS, MES, and third-party applications . Work with warehouse automation technologies including conveyors, sortation, ASRS, robotics, and RF devices . Develop warehouse KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics. Lead cross-functional teams and change management during process and technology transformations. Required Qualifications Strong experience in warehouse operations, distribution, fulfillment, or logistics . Hands-on experience with WMS implementation, optimization, or transformation . Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes. Experience gathering requirements and working with business and technology teams. Understanding of WMS integrations and warehouse automation . Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
