• Ensure warehouse processes follow established procedures, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Develop SQL-based reports, dashboards, and documentation to support decision-making.
• Investigate system concerns and apply solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
Required Skills and Experience of WMS Analyst:
• Degree in IT, Information Systems, or similar discipline preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum one year of experience in logistics, transportation, or analytical operations.
• Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and collaborate with multiple teams.
