Overview Join our dynamic retail team as a Wireless Retail Sales Associate we are looking for employees want to work at wireless store . Bilingual necessary for this position. Duties Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless communication needs through active listening and engaging conversation Demonstrate mobile devices, accessories, and related products to highlight features and benefits effectively Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash register operations and cash handling Upsell additional products, accessories, or service plans to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales targets Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability for customers Conduct product demos to educate customers about device functionalities and new technology offerings Provide excellent phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries via calls or online channels Skills Proven experience in retail sales, especially within wireless or electronics environments Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical features clearly and confidently Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively Supervising experience is advantageous for leadership opportunities within the team.
