In this vital role, you will manage the flow of inventory, coordinate shipments, and ensure that all products are accurately processed for delivery or storage. Duties Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing lists, and document all deliveries using inventory management software Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately to meet customer specifications. Maintain precise inventory records through data entry and stock management systems, ensuring stock levels are accurate for order fulfillment. Coordinate with logistics providers to schedule shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any shipping or receiving issues promptly. Assist with parts inventory organization by stocking shelves, managing layout, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment. Qualifications Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment processes. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in stocking, picking & packing orders. Customer service orientation with clear communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
