Job Summary: The Will Call/Warehouse Associate is responsible for providing professional and prompt customer service to internal and external customers. The Will Call/Warehouse Associate will pull and stage product for customer pick-up and will assist with loading products in customer vehicles. The Will Call/Warehouse Associate will support the receiving and shipment of products. Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00AM TO 4:30PM. What you will be doing: Unload trucks and accurately receive product into the system Pull and stage orders for route deliveries and for Will Call customers Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jack and RF Scanner Complete all staging duties and storage pre-pulls involving customer orders and as assigned by Branch management Process all will call notifications including, pulling customer order, greeting customer, and safely loading vehicles Complete will call process within 20 minutes, the maximum timeframe for completing a will call order Promote and perform all assigned duties, cross-training in all warehouse functions, in a safe manner in support of company policies and procedures. Report any potential hazards as well as correcting potential unsafe situations Maintain a clean and safe work area and warehouse environment Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned What we are looking for: Working knowledge of ERP or WMS Previous experience with a forklift, pallet jack and RF Scanner. High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 year of experience operating forklifts, packaging material, and loading trucks. 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a Will Call warehouse environment. 1 year of experience work…
