Will Call Sales & Customer Support Representative

Overview We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused professional to join our Will Call team. This position provides onsite customer support, processes sales orders, and helps customers receive the right products in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet customers promptly and professionally at the will call window, assisting with sales, order pickups and inquiries. Engage customers in friendly conversations to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services. Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, handling cash, credit, or electronic payments with care. Manage inbound calls efficiently, providing detailed information about products, order status, and company policies. Enter customer data into databases with precision, maintaining organized records of transactions and interactions. Resolve customer issues promptly by applying problem-solving skills and escalating complex concerns when necessary. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service and support the overall sales process. Requirements Customer service, retail sales, counter sales, or related experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Accurate data-entry, order-processing, and basic math skills. Ability to learn product information and explain options clearly. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of SAP is a plus. Comfort working onsite and collaborating with customers, warehouse staff, and office personnel. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
