Shop LC — Warehouse Job Postings Warehouse Picker/Packer Part Time · Austin Office, Austin, TX, US · $20.00 (USD) Hourly Work Schedule: Varies by shift; may include evenings, holidays, and weekends Shop LC is looking for energetic and motivated warehouse team members willing to work hard and have fun! As a Picker/Packer, you will pull, prepare, and pack customer orders for shipment, keeping pace with a fast, high-volume warehouse environment. Job Responsibilities Pull and fill customer orders accurately and efficiently Unload containers and organize incoming merchandise Prepare merchandise for shipment, including packing and labeling Stock and restock merchandise as needed Maintain quality service by following organizational standards Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements Complete data entry as needed All other duties as assigned by manager Skills & Experience Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Ability to follow documented procedures and standards Ability to work independently with little supervision while managing time effectively Ability to keep detailed and accurate records Proven customer service and problem-solving skills Minimum Requirements These are the baseline expectations for every warehouse role at Shop LC, in addition to the role-specific duties and skills listed above.
