Wholesale Warehouse Manager/Returns Manager

Telstraight International Inc. was founded in 2011 and has been steadily growing ever since. We are an electronics and consumer goods distribution company that prides itself on providing world-class customer service, low pricing, and reliable account support. At this point in time we are excited to be offering a new role as a Wholesale Warehouse Manager/Returns Manager. Because we stock and carry a vast number of different SKUs, most of which are serialized, we require something with experience working with advanced inventory systems. Prior Warehouse Management/Asset Management experience is a must for this role. Applicants to this role must have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the aptitude to handle multiple tasks and goals at any given time. This role requires regular driving, so all applicants must have a valid drivers license, reliable vehicle (preferably a large vehicle), and valid auto insurance. Mileage will be reimbursed with every pay period at the applicable NC mileage rate. Job Responsibilities Include: -Performing regular inventory audits -Processing, packaging, and shipping wholesale orders -Receiving large quantities returns for wholesale and textiles business sectors, at times in the amount of several hundred in a given week -Inspecting returns to determine return condition -Preparing outbound shipments to fulfillment centers -Regular communication with storefront manager to assist with customer service and inventory management requirements Ideal candidates demonstrate the following key characteristics and skill sets: -Punctuality and near-perfect attendance -Problem solving skills -Reliability -Asset Management skills -Willingness to be cross-trained to learn several aspects about how our business operates -Inventory and order management -Previous warehouse management experience is required. This role is a pivotal part of our business and integrates with several departments under our roof.
