Wholesale Warehouse Lead - CO

Pay Range: $22.50 per Hour


Location: 455 West 56th Avenue, Denver, CO 80216


Schedule: 8am - 4pm (Shifts may extend until work is completed & also may vary during peak seasons)

Summary of Role:

The Wholesale Warehouse Lead is responsible for supervising and fulfilling the logistics behind receiving, processing and storing inventory according to purchase orders and retailer policy. They also ensure that shipping schedules are met with attention to detail to ensure timely delivery and loss prevention. The Wholesale Warehouse Lead will report directly to the Wholesale Distribution Manager. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and train Wholesale Warehouse Associates to ensure operations run smoothly; acting as Wholesale Warehouse manager in absence of the Wholesale Distribution Manager. 
• Assist in training new hires, and answering any questions or concerns the team may have
• Delegate responsibilities to  Wholesale Warehouse Associates as needed
• Receive wholesale inventory
• Organize stocks and maintain inventory
• Print orders from Warehouse Management System and pick items as listed on the Packing Slip to attach to the package making necessary edits as needed
• Printing and applying labels to orders as needed
• After order is shipped send Order Acknowledgement and Advance Ship Notice
• Inspect products for errors, defects and damages
• Organize and palletize outgoing shipments based on retailer specifications
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
• Communicate with direct supervisors with any concerns
• Proactively address monitor to inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
• Assist in cycle counting as needed 
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily

Requirements:

• Standing or sitting for extended periods
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Repetitive wrist motion 
• Audible recognition of alarms
• 1 year of relevant experience, preferred.
• Attention to detail 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent Communication Skills
