White glove delivery tech

Job Overview As a White Glove Delivery Technician, you’ll bring care and professionalism to every delivery. You’ll drive a van or box truck, handle products safely, and provide attentive customer service at each stop. The role may involve warehouse operations, route driving, and delivery using a company vehicle or personal vehicle, depending on assignment. Responsibilities Load and unload products, organize shipments, and use a pallet jack or other material handling equipment when needed. Deliver and move items, including heavy products, while following safe lifting practices and workplace weight-handling procedures. Drive assigned routes, follow traffic regulations, and use mobile devices to navigate and document deliveries. Communicate courteously with customers and provide dependable service as a delivery driver, courier, or van driver. Your impact: Careful handling and clear customer communication help customers receive their deliveries safely and with confidence. Experience Delivery driver experience, warehouse experience, or familiarity with warehouse operations is helpful. Experience with commercial driving, commercial truck driving, box trucks, personal vehicle delivery, or manual-transmission vehicles is preferred. Ability to perform manual handling, moving, and load-and-unload duties safely. Familiarity with pallet jacks or other material handling equipment is an asset. Must drive responsibly and follow applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations; specific requirements depend on the vehicle and assignment.
