Schedule: Part-time, full-time Glow Hour is a rapidly growing K-beauty startup looking for a reliable, proactive assistant who’s excited to grow with us! This is a hands-on role supporting Whatnot livestreams, organizing inventory, and packing customer orders—with room to take on more responsibility as the business expands. Responsibilities Moderate live chat, answer basic questions, and help keep shows running smoothly. Support the host by preparing products and tracking items sold. Organize purchases by buyer and match items to the correct orders. Pick, pack, weigh, and label packages accurately. Help receive inventory, check expiration dates, and organize shelving. Keep the streaming and packing areas tidy. Who we’re looking for Someone eager to learn, take initiative, and grow with a startup. Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using a computer and learning new platforms. Organized and able to handle multiple buyers and orders. Interest in skincare and beauty is a plus. Whatnot, livestream moderation, or e-commerce fulfillment experience is helpful, but we’re happy to train the right person.
