Position Requirements Work an 8.5-hour shift every Saturday and Sunday Commitment through December 20th Warehouse Job Details Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Shift: 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Don't wait - apply today and start earning for the holiday season! Be sure to check them out! Returns Processing - Read handwritten English or printed text instructions verifying type of return. Navigate through multiple computer systems and screens to process items back to inventory. Ability to quickly assess and determine how best to complete the return is critical. Returns Processing Video Demonstrate above average computer skills, familiar with Windows based applications, able to learn new applications quickly. Basic math and ability to understand, speak and read English. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and an eye for quality Ability to multitask and /or change tasks frequently. Make decisions quickly and independently. Physical demands - Stand/Walk entire shift, frequently lift up to 10lbs; infrequently up to 20 lbs., push totes onto takeaway belt. L.L.Bean uses a market-based compensation approach. The anticipated starting base pay for this position is $25.00. Individual compensation may vary based on factors such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, education, geographic location, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
