This active, fast-paced position is ideal for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on tasks and collaborating with a team. Your duties will include unloading tires and using unloading manifests to verify shipments and maintain accuracy. You’ll also help ensure products are handled and moved efficiently while keeping the work area safe and organized. This role provides practical warehouse experience and the opportunity to strengthen your skills while using warehouse equipment. **Take the next step in your career and join the Freight Breakers team today! ** Unloading: Position the bottom of each stack toward the center of the rack, ensuring that only one SKU is stored per rack. Keep all stacks stable and securely arranged, placing a cardboard slip sheet between each layer. Make sure labels are properly aligned and stacks remain straight, following an imaginary vertical line for consistent placement. Responsibilities: Safely unload tires using a manual pallet jack while adhering to all required safety standards and procedures. Comply with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and established warehouse operating procedures always. Keep warehouse work areas clean and organized while ensuring all warehouse management system records are accurate and updated regularly. Collaborate with coworkers to complete loading and unloading duties efficiently and within scheduled deadlines, prioritizing safety throughout every operation. Pay Structure: Earn production pay for each trailer you unload, with no limit on the number of trailers you can complete per shift. Associates typically unload 3–4 trailers per shift, and payment for each trailer is based on the total weight of its load. Average daily earnings range from $150–$250 or more, depending on your work pace, productivity, and the total number of trailers unloaded. Training: Upon successfully completing your training, you’ll transition to a production-based pay structure, earning compensation for each trailer you unload. Per-Trailer Pay: Associates earn **$40–$115 per trailer unloaded**, with the exact payment determined by the total weight of each trailer’s load. Daily Earnings: Associates generally unload **3–4 trailers per shift**, with potential daily earnings of **$150–$250 or more**. Actual earnings vary based on the number of trailers unloaded, the weight of each load, and individual productivity.
