More Than Just a Warehouse Job As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be an important part of the team responsible for getting products safely and accurately from our warehouse to our customers. Chlorine fulfillment will be a core part of your role, including regularly handling 50-lb buckets and supporting filling, packaging, staging, and shipping operations. The work is hands-on and physical, but it also requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to use computers and warehouse technology throughout the day. Because our volume changes, you won’t be limited to one area of the warehouse. You’ll cross-train across different functions and help wherever the operation needs you. That could mean working on chlorine fulfillment one day, supporting other fulfillment or shipping activities another day, or learning a new process or system as our operation evolves. We don’t expect you to know everything on day one. We do expect you to be willing to learn, work hard, and take pride in doing the job right. The orders you pull, the products you package, the inventory you manage, and the shipments you prepare all play a direct role in our customers’ experience and the success of the business. Key Responsibilities Pull, stage, customize, and pack products based on pick lists Fulfill chlorine and pool-related products, including 50-lb buckets , on a regular basis Monitor packaging and filling operations to ensure quality and consistency Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate records Generate shipping labels and process outbound orders using the WMS Use computers daily for email, order tracking, and system tasks Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow standard operating procedures Identify and report product, inventory, or equipment issues Cross-train and assist in other warehouse operations as needed Work collaboratively to meet daily production and shipping goals Physical Demands Standing and walking for an 8-hour shift Frequent bending, squatting, lifting, and carrying Regular lifting of well over 50 pounds Required Qualifica…
