This position will report to the Manager of the RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) Department. It is a hybrid position where you would be working in an office environment part of the day and in the production area part of the day. Each day would be different, depending on the workload and customer’s needs for that particular day, and the RFID Manager’s needs. You will be interaction with Press Operations, Shipping Clerks, the Art Department, Owners, Production Managers and Customer Service Representatives and of course the end user Customer. Job Title: RFID Encoding Specialist – OH Facility Classification: Non Exempt Department: OH RFID Finishing Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 06:00 AM - 4:30 PM Reports to: RFID Production Manager/Supervisor Consults with Supervisor daily schedule and production assignments Stock ARPECO Unit with adequate supplies to meet production goals Run ARPECO Unit successfully Safely lift up to 50 lbs. chest high on a daily basis Maintain open lines of communication with all departments Communicates issues with ARPECO Unit, computers etc. to correct authorities Shuffle work orders as needed to maintain on-time deliveries per demands Maintain excellent quality standards Maintain daily housekeeping using 5S standards Safety focus for work free of safety incidents Maintains excellent quality standards Follows all PPE, 5S, and GMP Standards Requirements Label Press or Rewind Machine Experience – Will train the right candidate if someone was trainable and determined to learn. Must be technologically savvy- understand a variety of computer systems and ability to place information in a shared drive Mechanically Inclined Work diligently and accurately and will possess a great problem-solving ability. High attention to detail Must possess the skills necessary to learn detailed aspects of job Acceptable attendance record per the Repacorp Attendance Policy Standing in steel toed shoes/boots majority of the day Encoding chips, permalocking and verifying Learn Voyantic program/terminology Excel experience a plus Repacorp offers competitive wages based on experience.
