Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Weekend Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will coordinate the dispatching of drivers and vehicles during weekend shifts, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal fleet utilization. Your proactive communication skills and organizational expertise will keep our operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional service to our clients. Schedule Saturday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM 16 hours per week Responsibilities Monitor driver routes and delivery progress. Communicate with drivers regarding delays, route issues, and delivery status. Track time-sensitive medication deliveries. Provide basic operational support to drivers. Administrative ops support Qualifications Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, or delivery experience preferred. Strong computer and communication skills. Organized and able to manage multiple drivers simultaneously. Reliable and dependable with excellent attendance. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
