Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and organized Route Driver to support our Saturday farmers market operations in Orinda and Dublin . This position plays a critical role in transporting products, equipment, and supplies to and from market locations while ensuring efficient setup and breakdown support. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, safety-conscious, and comfortable managing a long regional driving route independently. Responsibilities Pick up farmers market equipment and inventory from designated locations Load, secure, and organize products and equipment for transport Complete the Saturday route servicing both the Orinda and Dublin farmers markets Drive approximately 180–220+ miles throughout the day Ensure all products and equipment arrive safely and on schedule Complete required route checklists and communicate any issues promptly Return all remaining products, supplies, and market equipment to San Francisco Headquarters Maintain a professional and positive representation of the company while on route RequirementsVehicle & Driving Requirements Personal cargo van required Valid driver's license Clean driving record Current vehicle registration Current auto insurance Physical Requirements Ability to safely lift and carry 30–50 lbs Ability to load and unload products and market equipment throughout the day Professional Requirements Reliable, punctual, and highly organized Comfortable working independently Comfortable navigating regional routes and traffic conditions Familiarity with Google Maps and basic route documentation Strong attention to detail and communication skills Important Information This route requires the use of a personal cargo van due to the volume of products and equipment transported between locations.
