We’re hiring full-time and part-time delivery drivers who take pride in safety, teamwork and excellent customer service. Deliver packages throughout Snohomish County in a company-provided vehicle. No previous delivery experience needed—we provide paid training. No CDL required. Our current routes do not include downtown Seattle. Location and schedule Start and finish: DWS4, 315 Shuksan Way, Everett, WA 98203 Positions: Full-time and part-time Expected hours: Approximately 20–40 hours per week, depending on position and scheduling Shifts: Approximately 10 hours, generally within 10:15 a.m.–8:35 p.m. Actual finish times vary by route. Weekend availability is needed. What you’ll do Safely deliver packages to homes and businesses. Load and organize packages in your delivery vehicle. Use company-provided navigation and delivery applications. Provide friendly customer service and communicate with dispatch. Complete vehicle inspections and report safety or maintenance concerns. Accurately record time worked and take required meal and rest breaks. What you’ll need Be at least 21 years old . Have a valid driver’s license for the state of employment and a driving record meeting applicable job-related eligibility standards. Driving is an essential job function; no CDL is required . Be authorized to work in the United States. Be comfortable using smartphone navigation and delivery applications. Be able to perform essential duties—including lifting and carrying packages up to 50 pounds, walking, climbing stairs and repeatedly entering and exiting a vehicle— with or without reasonable accommodation .
