Responsibilities: The Web, Distribution & Logistics Administrator supports sales operations by managing web-based orders from development through fulfillment. This role serves as an administrative sales representative, ensuring order accuracy, vendor coordination, and timely delivery while maintaining detailed customer and vendor records. The position also analyzes order details and profit margins to support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Manage web orders from initial receipt through order development, processing, and fulfillment Review and analyze order details, pricing, and margins to ensure accuracy and profitability Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date vendor database, including: Company names Contact names and titles Addresses and phone numbers Email addresses Maintain detailed customer and school account records, including: Customer and school names Contact names, positions, and email addresses Act as an administrative support partner to the sales team, assisting with order entry, revisions, and follow-ups Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and fulfillment concerns in a timely and professional manner Monitor inventory availability and communicate potential delays or issues proactively Prepare reports related to order status, fulfillment performance, and margin analysis Ensure all documentation complies with internal procedures and company standards Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience in sales administration, order management, logistics, or distribution preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to review pricing, costs, and margins Excellent organizational and data management skills Proficiency in web-based order systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously Ability to work independently and collaboratively with sales, vendors, and logistics teams About Us: Salsa Professional Apparel LLC is a New York-based apparel company dedicated to delivering high-quality, professional clothing that empowers individuals to look and feel their best.
