Wave Planner

Randstad is recruiting for a temporary Wave Planner to control the warehouse workflow. You'll assist with daily shift productivity, balance workload capacity and release orders to meet customer shipping windows. Responsibilities
• Design, schedule, and release daily work waves to the warehouse floor
• Manage pick ticket processing, including printing, organizing, and distributing work assignments to appropriate departments.
• Process, organize, and distribute pick tickets while coordinating with replenishment teams
• Generate real-time reports to track metrics
• Serve as the main bridge between warehouse leadership and operations
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 1 year of recent, wave planning experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to use analytical tools to evaluate order volume
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPOint, Outlook)
• Foundational match skills (working with units, fractions, and decimals)
