Water Truck Driver & Rig Hand

Requirements: Must be able to safely operate a water truck on dirt roads and rough terrain, as well as be a rig hand when not hauling water Current driver's license Self-motivated individuals Full-time position (Monday-Friday) Clean MVR- Must be out of Casper (work truck leaves from Casper each morning) Benefits: Competitive pay $22-$25/hr plus overtime Per diem paid for travel time Continuing Education No nights or weekends Position Summary: Job Role: As a rig hand, your main duties will involve conducting drilling operations to collect mud samples, carry out site assessments, and ensure adherence to safety and environmental guidelines and haul water as needed. You need to be able to drive a water truck at safe speeds and back up in rough, open well fields and tight draws. You must know how to do proper DOT pre and post trip assessments of equipment. You will be expected to grease various drilling equipment and tools. You must be able and willing to do mechanical work. Requirements: Experience: Knowledge of drilling practices and equipment is a plus, but not necessary. Skills: Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the capability to work autonomously or collaboratively. Effective communication skills are crucial for interacting with team members and clients. Work Environment: Travel: The job is located 1.5 hrs from Casper at the Pumpkin Buttes. A company truck will pick you up at Hat Six truck stop in the early mornings and bring you back there at the end of the work day. Candidates should be adaptable in their work hours and prepared to operate in diverse environments, including outdoor settings.
