Water Spider (Production Material Support) General ThermoDynamics (An API Heat Transfer Company) Location: Germantown, WI Full-Time | Manufacturing Operations Keep Production Moving General ThermoDynamics is seeking a dependable and energetic Water Spider to support our growing manufacturing operation in Germantown, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering materials, replenishing production workstations, moving inventory, transporting finished goods, and helping maintain uninterrupted production flow. If you enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and supporting manufacturing operations from the front lines, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Deliver materials and components to production work centers. Replenish inventory at manufacturing workstations. Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment. Move finished products between production operations and finished goods staging. Remove scrap, empty containers, and excess materials. Support inventory accuracy through proper material transactions. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits. Maintain organized work areas utilizing 5S principles. Help identify opportunities to improve material flow and operational efficiency. What We're Looking For Required High school diploma or GED. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong attendance, dependability, and teamwork. Commitment to safety and quality. Preferred Previous material handling, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics experience. Forklift operating experience. Inventory and ERP system experience.
