Water Spider - Afternoon Shift - 3:00pm - 11:30pm

Truform Manufacturing is looking for someone to join our team on the afternoon shift! This position will support manufacturing by dispensing and transporting raw materials to the fabrication welding locations as well as various other locations throughout the facility. This position will also assist with 5S organization of designated areas. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Forklift Certification required Six months experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to drive stock chaser safely and utilize time efficiently Must be a self starter and able to think ahead Must be able to stand for long perods of time Communicate with Team Leads and Bendi/Forklift drivers for daily requirments Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds Must be able to repeatedly lift totes and hardware boxes daily Understanding of parts, flow racks and the hardware needed Must be able to read English and understand the weekly/daily schedule 5S training required Essential Duties: Distribute raw materials throughout the welding area including flow racks and hardware stands Keep inventory accuracy by tagging totes and containers properly using the IQMS system Keep material flow moving constantly Maintain a safe and organized area Assist in welding changeovers Conduct 5S daily and help oversee the work area Control inventory staging locations and monitor inventory movements to minimize wait times Prioritize material needs and material changeovers Follow all safety guidelines Other duties as assigned We offer excellent benefits to eligible employees, including 401K, holidays, vacations and more.
