Water Delivery Driver

About us AV Water Systems has been serving Niagara since 1972. We deliver bottled water, salt and filters to homes, businesses and government clients across the Niagara Peninsula on a regular weekly schedule. We’re looking for a reliable, friendly driver to join our team. What you’ll do Drive a company vehicle on scheduled delivery routes, delivering and exchanging bottled water, salt and filters Load and unload water bottles using carts, dollies, hand trucks and a forklift (training provided) Be the friendly face of AV Water for our customers: answer questions, take orders and let customers know about other products and services that could help them Check orders for accuracy, collect payments and keep clear, accurate delivery paperwork Keep track of bottles, filters and supplies, and let your supervisor know when stock is running low Operate our water cleaning and filling stations safely (training provided) Keep the showroom bottle rack and fill station stocked and clean, and help disinfect the fill stations weekly Help keep the warehouse tidy (sweeping, garbage and cardboard) Keep your delivery vehicle clean and organized Follow all safety rules and wear the required safety equipment Other tasks as assigned by management What you need Valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence with a clean driving record for at least 5 years Vulnerable Sector Police Check 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in Canada High school diploma or equivalent Able to read, write and communicate in English Comfortable navigating with GPS or maps Able to lift and carry 20–45 kg (40–100 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day Comfortable working outdoors in all weather, and climbing in and out of the vehicle often Organized, on time and good with people Nice to have Delivery or customer service experience Knowledge of the Niagara area Some familiarity with water filtration Schedule Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:00pm Some early mornings Overtime may be required to finish a route Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Extended health care Store discount Work Location: In person
