Water Bottler / Backup Delivery Driver Culligan Water – Coeur d’Alene, ID Job Type: Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week Pay: Starting at $21.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Job Summary Culligan Water is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our Coeur d’Alene team as a Water Bottler / Backup Delivery Driver. This position is primarily responsible for operating our water bottling equipment, maintaining quality and sanitation standards, and assisting with warehouse operations. The employee will also serve as a backup delivery driver, filling in on customer delivery routes as needed. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is reliable, and enjoys being part of a team. Key Responsibilities Water Bottling & Production (Primary Role) Operate water bottling and filling equipment. Clean, sanitize, inspect, fill, and cap water bottles. Maintain quality control and sanitation standards. Load, unload, and organize bottled water and related products. Assist with inventory, warehouse organization, and equipment maintenance. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Backup Delivery Driver (As Needed) Cover delivery routes during driver absences, vacations, or busy periods. Deliver bottled water, salt, and other Culligan products to residential and commercial customers. Safely load and unload delivery vehicles. Provide friendly, professional customer service. Complete delivery paperwork and follow company safety procedures. Qualifications Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required. Ability to lift and handle products weighing 50–100 lbs as required. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Comfortable performing physically demanding work. Previous warehouse, production, or delivery experience preferred but not required. Willingness to learn and help wherever needed.
