Key Responsibilities Assign drivers and oversee route execution for commercial waste collection. Adjust dispatch and routes as needed to respond to service disruptions. Coordinate communication between drivers, customer service, management, and maintenance regarding customer needs and equipment issues. Maintain accurate dispatch/operational records. Identify and recommend opportunities to improve route efficiency and optimize driver and equipment utilization.
