Tri State Distributors has an immediate opening for a dependable full-time Warranty / Returns Clerk for our branch in Royston, AL . Established in 1983, Tri State Distributors has expanded to cover the southeastern United States as one of the leading suppliers serving the LP gas, HVAC and Manufactured Housing industries. The company takes pride in maintaining traditional values of fair, dependable and courteous service to all their valued customers. Each branch location is a free-standing profit center within the multi-branch company. Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Primary responsibilities include but not limited: Warranty: Assisting service companies in completing claims for warranty repairs Verifying the coverage on their specific equipment. Locating part numbers to process warranty part orders. Processing the claims in our system as well as to the manufacturer for payment Tracking claims until completed Communicating with vendors, homeowners, and service contractors via phone and email. Returns: Assisting dealers with returning products Processing RMAs into the correct warehouses Processing damaged claims with the carriers Tracking claims until completed Communicating with dealers and carriers via phone and email Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent education Customer service and professional phone etiquette skills Excellent computer skills and data entry required Strong work ethic and a positive attitude Tri State Employees Enjoy: A Competitive Hourly Rate Benefits Package: Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k) Plan Paid Holidays, Vacation, and Paid Sick Days Opportunities for Training Pleasant working conditions, with bonus potential and other benefits.
