Ability to work the entire shift in non - temperature controlled environment. Maintain accurate inventory, perform stock checks, and assist with cycle counts and storage organization. Prepare orders for distribution, pick/pack items, and label shipments according to procedures. Operate basic warehouse systems and scanners (RF, WMS) to track movement and update records. Monitor safety practices, use PPE, and report hazards; assist with equipment maintenance and routine housekeeping. Coordinate with team leads to meet daily shipping/receiving targets and support warehouse operations.
