Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to operate various types of equipment, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and clamp trucks for loading and unloading materials. Perform order picking using RF scanners to ensure accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed efficiently. Maintain organization within the warehouse by properly storing materials and products. Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock management using a warehouse management system. Follow OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Perform heavy lifting as required, handling materials weighing up to 50 pounds or more. Skills Experience in warehouse distribution and materials handling is essential. Proficiency in operating heavy equipment including cranes and forklifts. Familiarity with order picking processes and shipping & receiving procedures. Mechanical knowledge for basic equipment maintenance is preferred. Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
