ompany: The Golf Cart Farm / Valley Golf Cart Location: Arizona Operations Center — On-site Pay: $20–$24 per hour, depending on experience Job Type: Full-time 30 hours a week HOURS: Monday - Friday: 7am - 1pm About the Role We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse & Yard Associate to keep our golf cart operations center clean, organized, and moving efficiently. This is an active, hands-on position involving pressure washing golf carts, operating a forklift, moving inventory, organizing storage zones, and keeping inventory records accurate. The right person enjoys physical work, takes initiative, and maintains a productive pace while working safely. What You’ll Do Pressure wash and clean golf carts using approved methods that protect batteries, electronics, and other components. Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage inventory. Move and position golf carts using appropriate equipment and team assistance. Organize carts and other inventory into designated zones. Follow the location system so inventory is easy to find and stored in the correct place. Use our inventory system to record incoming inventory, location changes, and outgoing inventory. Verify inventory identification and report damage, missing items, or discrepancies. Keep warehouse aisles, outdoor storage areas, and washing areas clean and organized. Complete daily assignments efficiently and assist with other operations tasks as needed. What We’re Looking For Forklift operating experience and current forklift certification required; must complete our equipment and site evaluation before operating. Previous warehouse, yard, inventory, equipment handling, or similar experience preferred. Comfortable using a computer, tablet, or handheld device to update inventory. Ability to follow instructions, understand storage zones, and accurately track inventory movements. Dependable attendance, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently after training. Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in Arizona weather, including summer heat, while following heat safety procedures. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift. Ability to safely move and position heavy golf carts and inventory. Some items weigh 100 pounds or more and require mechanical assistance or team lifting. Work around moving equipment, water, cleaning products, and indoor and outdoor warehouse conditions. Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
