Position Summary We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse/Yard Associate to join our Grand Rapids team. In this hands-on position, you will help keep our warehouse and yard running efficiently by receiving, organizing, stocking, and pulling truck and trailer parts and equipment. You will also assist with loading and unloading shipments, inventory activities, customer orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming truck and trailer parts and equipment. Stock and maintain inventory throughout the warehouse and yard. Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery. Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment. Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard. Follow proper safety procedures and company policies. Work closely with warehouse and other team members to maintain an efficient workflow. Assist with other warehouse and yard duties as needed. Qualifications Previous warehouse, yard, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience preferred. Forklift experience preferred; certification is a plus. Ability to safely lift and handle parts and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. What We Offer Competitive pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
