Warehouse Workers and Delivery Drivers
ConfidentialOverview Michigan Mechanical Insulation / Smart Energy Insulation is hiring a full-time Warehouse Lead / Delivery Driver for our new Mission Critical Support Facility in Canton, Michigan. Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour Responsibilities Coordinate daily warehouse receiving, storage, shipping, and deliveries. Receive and inspect insulation materials, verify quantities, and report damage or shortages. Organize materials by job number and maintain inventory records. Prepare, load, secure, and deliver materials to jobsites using a box truck or Transit van. Obtain signed delivery tickets and maintain accurate shipping records. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks when trained and authorized. Keep the warehouse, vehicles, and loading areas clean and safe. Coordinate daily work with warehouse employees and project personnel. Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, and inventory experience. Experience coordinating warehouse activities or employees preferred. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Experience safely driving box trucks and delivery vans. Forklift experience preferred; company training and evaluation provided. Basic phone, tablet, and computer skills. Dependable, organized, and able to work independently. Ability to perform physical warehouse work, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to complete required OSHA 10 training, site orientation, background checks, MVR, and drug screening in accordance with company policy.
